4X6 Print / border Issue. Epson 925

In iphoto when tring to print a cropped 4 x 6 to 4 x 6 photo paper (changing my page set up to 4 x 6 & deleting the border prefixs' to 0cm (was .32cm top/left & right, 1.24cm bottom))

Printing in either full page or standard without border i get a 1.5cm gap at the bottom of all my prints(portrait), whereas the top and sides are equal at aprox 3mm(I don't have a borderless option as such but i can manage custom page sizes in page set up to 0cm borders).

The printer is an epson stylus photo 925 and doesn't have a postcard option as suggested by your article. I have tweaked all the scale to 4 x 6 and even created my own 4x6 setting on page set up with no borders, but iphoto 5.0.4 on my imac G4 tiger 10.4.3 has this border issue of 1.5cm gap at the bottom (portrait) right (landscape) every print. its the same on all sizes of pre sized photo paper.

So in a nutshell - How do i get the borders equal around my 4x6 prints?
Please help me, I've a 140 "Rome Trip" Photo Album to produce for my Dear "I want equal borders" Fiancé ?

Thanks
Matt

Yes mate, I've tried every conceivable print option in advanced (some with border, some w/out. Options to scale up & down or just fit to paper size which is 4x6 in this case) I cant help wonder if it is something so simple that i'm missing??

Or if it is my printer? I recently updated the drivers and image matching software, but it didn't seem to impact any of the problems Im faced with.

Thanks for your help on this, I appreciate you checking your office epson on mon.
Cheers, Matt
