Can Numbers 09 receive exported Quickbooks 2007 reports?

When I used to us Quickbooks on a PC, I often opened QB reports in Excel. With my new Mac set up (Quickbooks for Mac 2007 and Numbers 08), I cannot move the QB reports into a form that allows manipulation. Has this changed with Numbers 09?

Welcome to Apple Discussions

I've never tried inserting a Quicken report into a spreadsheet, but I have selected, copied & pasted the information from the report in Quicken into a spreadsheet (both Numbers & AppleWorks). I no longer use Quicken, so I had to go back & find a Quicken file to test. Quicken 2005 for Mac can export reports as Excel or text. But the Excel export has an .slk extension, not .xls, so I'm not sure Numbers could import it. Numbers would definitely be able to import the text file, though.
