Notes Sync iPhone 3.0

I see the option in iTunes for Note Sync and it is checked and when I sync my iPhone I see Notes Sync but afterwards when did the notes sync to? I don't see them in iTunes.

20" Intel iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

Hi there.. I am sorry I can't help you with your query.. however you may be able to help me... I just purchase an Iphone for my girlfriend in Trinidad.. Is it fine to sync with itunes since it is unlocked?... are you able to purchase apps from the ITUNES app store?

I, too, successfully sync'ed my notes OTA through MobileMe, and then it just stopped after upgrading to OS 10.6.1, iTunes 9.01, and iPhone 3.01. The notes used to sync with no problems between two Macs and an iPhone. Now -- they'll sync between the Macs, but I need to do a USB sync with the iMac for the iPhone to get any changes. that makes it much harder to create a note o the MacBook and have it show up on the iPhone.

Notes are just a specially formatted email stored in your mailbox, anyway (I create mine in MobileMe). It should be trivially easy for Apple to push them to the iPhone as it did before.

Anybody have any idea how to restore this lost functionality, short of downgrading? Thanks.
