USB Composite Device

We have a USB composite device that behaves properly under Windows, but does not work under Mac. What kind of tools, forums, literature, trouble shooting tools, etc. might be available from Apple to trouble shoot this issue? So far our ADC membership doesn't seem to be worth much.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.6)
