How to burn UDF
Is there a way to tell Disk Utility to burn a disk using UDF format?
All I want is to be able to write simple, standard, plain Video DVD's which must be in UDF format. So nothing special at all!
Use DVD Imager

It will make a UDF image file from your VIDEO_TS folder. Burn it to a DVD with Disk Utility and it will play in a standard DVD player.
