screen replaced but calibration is way off

Good morning and thank you for reading. I recently dropped my screen and cracked it. This was the 400th time i did it and it finally went. I sent it off to get repaired by a cell repair phone company in town (not an apple store) yes i know if i had the extra 100$ they charged then i would have gone that route. Upon receiving my phone 7 hours later i realized that some things were off. For some reason it kept telling me my mail account password was wrong while i was just browsing through application pages. 2 days later the touch screen went out completely. They gave me a 30 day warranty. I took it back and after 6 days i received it again. Now however, the calibration is off. I am unable to text anyone. The letter on the top row Q-P do not work. While playing with other applications i realized that other spots on the phone do not work either. While browsing through pages on the phone it will sometimes just open up the application rather than going through the next page.

What i want to know is, what is causing this? what must i tell the repair person they need to replace/ or check to get this fixed. is it the digitizer? lcd screen? accelerometer? when they replaced the glass on the 2g phone they also replaced the lcd+built in digitizer with it. Please help me sound more educated when i go back to tell them to fix it. Thank You!

i would like to give them an explanation as to why they did it wrong thats all im looking for. or atleast sounding alittle more educated because i dont want them to rebuttle with some things im not knowledgable of. Like well see sir u updated to firmware blah blah blah and u dropped it on its right side so therefor we wont repair it. Get my drift?

If it's under warranty, I would just go in and show them exactly what it is doing and request that they replace the defective part they installed without trying to sound "educated". Bottom line is twice they have installed defective screens and at this point and if it were me, I'd ask for a refund and find a reputable repair shop.

On the Original iPhone, the glass, digitizer and lcd are all one fused unit. It's possible this shop is just not very experienced with iPhone repairs.
