TC to TC backup and/or copy

I need to copy the contents from one TC (1TB) to another TC (brand new 1 TB). The primary TC provides wifi and manual backup (due to a mixed Mac and Windows environment). I've connected the new TC to the primary TC via ethernet without wifi activated.

I'm looking for an automated method if possible, otherwise I'll drag/drop everything over.

fyi I work overseas during the summer and need to take a copy of all work and can't take the primary TC - hence the need to fully replicate the primary TC.
