Tried it all...nothing seems to work!

Ok, Safari just suddenly stopped loading. It loads and takes like 5 minutes then it freezes. I started another account and it loads fine when i switch between the two. I have all the updates...tried everything I could find here. Any suggestions...did I miss something?

I would suggest firstly removing ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist. If issues remain, it could be something held in ~/Library/Safari/. Isolate further by process of elimination.

It is in the ~Preferences folder, not the ~Safari folder (which has bookmarks, autofill, favicons, and history).

As there are a lot of files in the ~Preferences folder, it might actually be fastest to copy "com.apple.Safari.plist" (without quotes) and paste it into Spotlight. One entry should appear. Click on "Show All" and you can then drag the file to the trash.
