Loud Pop at the end of my session ??

Today my new internal dvd writer arrived. After installing it, I burned a few audio master cd's.

None of them had the loud pop at the end of the session.

Fade-out at the end made no difference.
But erasing Cd text and Isrc code and uncheck it, did avoid the loud pop at the end.

I am convinced it's not a WaveBurner problem. It also happens with another mastering program in Bootcamp.
Anyway, with my new DVD writer the problem has gone.

And, I totally found the problem, too... It's the SCMS settings in the "PQ Codes" section when you look at the data for each CD track. The settings in the file I downloaded were set to "protected original". I changed them all to "free", burned it again, and the pops were gone...

I just tested this theory and it DIT NOT FIX MY PROBLEM. My "pop" occurs where I dropped a marker in the middle of an audio file. When playing the burned CD, there's a tiny tick or pop at the transition. Still broken in 1.6.0 and 1.6.1.

All my burned cd's that contained the loud pop at the end were set to "free".

Unchecking all cd text etc. avoids the loud pop.

Or use a CD burner that supports DAO.(Not DVD at once).
