EXPIRED BETA 3, Purple DFU mode screen, and error 1012

Hey this morning my iphone ran out of batteries i plugged it in and it came on with the plug into itunes symbols. so i plug it in and itunes tells me im running expired software and i need to update, so i download the beta 5 from the portal and try a restore and every time i try it i get error 1012 and my phone is stuck in purple dfu mode screen.

Anyone that could help me get my phone back alive would be much appreciated.
