iMac email spamming from Apple Europe - Please stop!

Hi,
even today, in Italy, I have received a commercial email from Apple <News_Europe@InsideApple.Apple.com>
advertising iMac, Hard Disks, iWork and speakers. Every time I get this email I click on the link to unsubscribe, I get the message on their web page saying that I have been removed from their mailing list, but... I still keep on receiving that Apple's email. Hey guys, this is spamming! And it is lasting for years. I have got enough. At the next email I will take the proper action.

Also, I am an ADC developer member. Is this fact linked someway to the spamming? I hope no. For example, if I renew my ADC membership, do I get the commercial email again? Or, for example, if I buy a product at the Apple Store, do I get automatically subscribed again? Is that possible? I hope no. There should be an "always unmarked" check-box asking for the permission to send commercial emails. Otherwise it is an abuse.

I am logged here with my ADC ID. Please Apple, take the right solution. Thank you.

Mark, these forums are for user-to-user interaction. Apple employees rarely participate here, so posting here is unlikely to get you any sort of resolution. I would suggest you try sending a message to contactus.it@euro.apple.com and explaining the situation. Perhaps they can help.

It's not likely anything to do with your ADC membership. I'm an ADC member and do not receive commercial emails from Apple. Most likely it's just a database glitch that keeps your email on the mail list even though you've unsubscribed. Note, though, that if you download something (such as iTunes) from Apple's web site, you often are presented with options to be on their mailing list which you have to deselect. Otherwise you could be unsubscribing but then putting yourself right back on the list when next you download.

I have never downloaded anything from Apple download page in the last years. And never bougth anything at the iTunes Store. I sometimes upgrade the OS from the Software Update panel, I yearly renew my ADC membership, and sometime I post some questions to the iPhone Dev Forum.
On Feb 2009 I tried to buy, unsuccessfully, a MacBookPro at the AppleStore on the phone. But I received emails even before, and always asked to unsubscribe. I am exhausted. I unsubscribe and they still send emails. It's frustrating. Look, I got that spam emails on (YYYY-MM-DD):

So you could understand how even a Mac lover can lose his patience.
