DDR2 PC2 4200 vs DDR2 PC2 5300 17' iMac G5 (iSight)

Looking at augmenting the RAM when the new Mac arrives, I note that Crucial offer two 1 GB chips (UK store) viz above. The PC2 5300 is/can be faster -5.3 GB/sec vs 4.2 GB/sec. It is slightly dearer.

Will this be quicker in the iMac, or is it just theoretical? Whilst I'm not a speed freek 25% faster, seems a lot for a couple of quid. Or am I becoming a Geek?
