iLife '09

I got my MAC last year and have finally become pretty comfortable with '08 iPhoto and iMovie. I have been on the fence about going to iLife '09 mainly because I have read a lot of bad comments about iMovie '09, but at the same time like the sound of the new features for iPhoto '09. That brings me to my question can you do a custom install of iLife '09 and only install the Applications you want?
