iPhone settings for AKO (.mil) email address

Does anyone know what the correct settings are in order to use my iPhone for my Army Knowledge Online (AKO, it's a .mil account). I can currently receive email via this account but cannot send from my iPhone.

Not sure who you are but THANKS, I was going nuts. I followed your steps and I was sending emails in a matter of minutes.

That's not necessarily true. I tried that and the mail just sat in the outbox. I followed James Shelby1's directions and everything is working.
