Privacy Issue - email posted

I posted an article to ZDNet today, and was NOT happy to see that Safari gave ZDNet my email address and this was posted to the group for all to see. I clicked the ZDNet email newsletter to get to the site, and somehow my email address was carried along. How can I stop this?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.4.11), Safari v3.2.3

Hi

In this instance, privacy concerns ought to be addressed directly with ZNet as they have your e-mail address on file. Seems it's their system that has caused the problem, and not Safari.
