Iphone sync error 13019?

Ever since I upgraded to iTunes 8.2 I've been having issues synching. It will copy photos, ringtones, etc, but at some point says that iTunes could not sync "Error 13019".

Searching resulted in nothing.

Now my playlists on the phone are wiped out, oddly enough the music is there, but it doesnt show up on the phone. If I connect it to iTunes, it shows the music and the playlists as being there.

I did a reinstall of iTunes and chose a restore from back up, neither has worked.

Anyone else run into this?

Dual Core G5, Mac OS X (10.4.5)

I have had this problem for some time now and it drives me crazy. I've tried everything suggested on this thread, from using a new sync cable to erasing everything from the device and re-syncing.

The only thing I have figured out is that I only get the error if I try to sync while I am playing something in iTunes and especially if it's something (IE Podcast) that is being synched to my device. If I pause what's playing and synch, I don't get the error.
