You can't fix this. This file is the CDSpinDocotor kernel extension that enables capture of system audio into CDSpinDoctor. The only thing you can do is remove it until Roxio releases an update. But if you do remove it every time you launch CDSPinDoctor it will ask you if you want to install it and you will have to cancel that. Roxio has officially stated that CDSpinDocotor is not compatible with Snow Leopard. There are several other issues with CDSD and Snow Leopard also.
I will refer you to Roxio's user forums for more information. They say an update is due real soon now. But they said that two weeks ago also.

This file is found in the location /System/Library/Extensions where /System/ is the System folder located at the top level of your hard drive. You will be asked to enter an administrator name and/or password in order to delete the file.
