I'm looking to write into Apple with a formal complaint regarding service that I've received over the past 2 months, and I can't find an address for a "complaints department", or a name to address my complaint to. I have a list of the executive profiles, but I don't think those would be the best people to write to (although they might be ...).
I'm looking for the name of a complaint department manager, and an address that I can send my letter to. Does anyone know where to find one, or who I can contact? Would the Apple Customer Care line be the best option?
If you call the Apple Customer Care line and ask to speak to a representative in the Customer Relations department they will transfer for you. The representatives are extremely nice and usually take good care of you.

My battery wasn't holding a charge and the Wi-Fi wasn't connecting properly. I phoned the Customer Care Line and was told to bring the computer into a service center. It took 2 months for everything to be taken care of in terms of service and I want to complain.
i don't know the address, lots and lots of peep here know but they'd have to admit then they work for......well. if you just addressed an envelope to apple in cupertino, ca it would get there. that is of course if that where the headquarters is. no really the postal service would probably get it there.
and yes i agree the support is crappy, but so is
everyone elses. i would not want a customer support job.
You can also contact Apple (if in the USA) by calling 800-275-2273. In other countries, see [this page|http://www.apple.com/support/contact/phone_contacts.html].
