Just got a new MacBook Pro and although I loaded Digi Core Audio Manager, it will not launch. Works fine on my older MBPro. Want to use my 002 and 003 rack as i/o as a standalone with Logic. Any ideas?
MacBook Pro,
Mac OS X (10.5.7),
Logic Pro / ProTools 8
FYI, IMHO it might help if you could tell us what all those abbrs mean. We're not round your place, so we can't see for ourselves. Is yr Nmx loaded into Vx?
I find this app to be a really irritating piece of software. I wish Digi would get with the program and understand that people buying LE hardward don't necessarily have the capability of dedicating their computer to being a DAW and nothing else.
I understand that they need high amounts of control to deal with latenecy and what not, but there has to be a better way.
Here I have all this high end audio equipment, but I can't play an avi without essentially debugging the basic signal flow every ******* time I try and use it.
Digi may have sold me protools, but they aren't keeping it sold.
I'm guessing you Logic guys are happy to hear that. 🙂
