Camera App has disappeared

Just updated my iPhone 3G to version 3.0 and the Camera App has disappeared.
So far I`ve:
Checked all pages - not anywhere
Done a full restore - still not returned.
Check Restrictions - they were not on.
Allocated Camera to home button but still not working

Can anyone help PLEASE?

Bryan, Thanks for the detailed instructions. Went over it with one of our IT guys, as soon as it made the change the Camera showed up.

Complete ActiveSync Details:
http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2007/mobility-clien t-access/uncovering-exchange-activesync-enhancements-exchange-server-2007-servic e-pack-1.html

But he disabled it after reading the section on the page where you enable it - "Properties on the Device tab are premium features of Exchange ActiveSync. Each mailbox that has these premium features enabled requires an Exchange Enterprise Client Access License (CAL)".

To me it should be read the other way - If you disable a property, then you need a Enterprise CAL. Anybody have any advise on this? Or can point me in the direction?

Thanks!
