Transfer contacts from Address Book to Nokia E66

Hi everyone,

I have filtered my contacts in Address Book on my Mac. To get this fresh list on my Nokia E66, I deleted all my contacts from there and wanted iSync to just sync them one way (Mac to Nokia).
Now, I dont know how to tell iSync to just go one way.
Does anyone have a tip?
