Safari Refresh Button vanished from Tool Bar!

Safari Refresh Button vanished from Tool Bar!

Uploaded Safari 4 and now find the Refresh Button has disappeared from the Tool Bar! I used it all the time when updating Web Sites and testing them live. Tried the Reload Page pull-down but it is not the same. The old page is still there. It's a pain to Reset Safari each time. Had to go over to FireFox! Any ideas? Or how do I get back to Safari 3!

PowerPC G5 1.8GHz Single processor, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

The refresh button is to the right within the address bar; or as mentioned Cmd-R works as always.

This is undeniably the case but I want it back where it was, close to the other controls. I also want the blue progress bar back. At least that gave some idea of how the page load was proceeding.
