It looks like this "Nike" stuff is getting a little on the "anal" side. Hey, if you're training for the Olympics, that's one thing, but just to be scoring the latest workout on your IP seems a little much. Before the IP, people worked out and here's a news flash, people still work out without "Niking" their IPs.

When I'm jogging or working up a sweat, I sometimes times have my IP in a ziplock bag to prevent sweat from attacking my IP, but come on people, you don't have to register every little muscle spasm in your trusty IP. Lighten up a bit.

Can anyone else confirm this? Does the nike+ remote only work when using wired earbuds? I have ordered the remote and am expecting it any day. I was really hoping to use it with my s9-hd. Why can't this work. It's really a pain to have to reach around your arm to turn the phone on and advance a track while trying to run. Now, if apple wants to add track control to bluetooth, then maybe...

While I haven't tested the Motorola S9 headphones with the remote watch yet, I have noticed some erratic behavior with the wired headphones. While working out, the iPhone would randomly going into "pausing workout", then almost immediately go into "resuming workout". It would do this about 10x, until I had to remove the iPhone from my pocket, unlock it, then put it back to sleep. The workout would be OK for several minutes, then it would do it again. I had thought perhaps it was the Shake to Shuffle feature, but after turning it off, it still does it.
Unfortunately, having this disembodied voice saying to me "pausing workout...resuming workout" is way to distracting. Please post any solutions to this if anyone has experienced the same issue.

Both the Motorola S9 and the Remote Amp watch do work simultaneously. The only limitation put on the watch when both are paired is the volume control (the headphones take over this function). But you are able to skip/scan tracks, check your workout status with Nike+ voice/over and initiate the power song. The only other thing I noticed is when both are paired (headphones/watch) and are being used, there is a considerable delay when skipping tracks via the watch control. Eventually it does skip the track, but only after about 4-6 seconds. There isn't a lag when using wired headphones. Hope this info helps.
