is this ram compatible?

Hi there,

My trusty old Ti-Book is getting noticeably slower, so thought I'd try adding some RAM to try and boost performance a bit. I'm fairly sure the following RAM is fine but if one of you far-more-knowledgeable-folk can okay it that'd be great 🙂

Specifications:
Type: SD-RAM
CAS Latency:3
Memory Speed: 133mhz (PC133)
Form Factor: SO-DIMM 144-pin
SPD (Serial Presence Detet)

If anyone knows a decent cheap place to get RAM (preferably UK or maybe EU) then that'd be great. Ideally I'd like 512 but that website doesn't have a 512 that's compatible from what I can see.

Cheers, Ian.

It currently has one 512 SDRAM which system profiler says is "PC133U-333"

I was using the info in the user's guide http://manuals.info.apple.com/en/PowerBookG4_15inchDVIGettingStarted.PDF which says it needs:

• Small Outline-Dual Inline Memory Module (SO-DIMM) format
• 1.25 inch or smaller
• 128, 256, or 512 MB
• 144-pin
• PC-133 Type RAM

Obviously I'd rather get faster ram but I think I'm right in saying that even if I were to get rid of the old ram the Ti-Book still wouldn't accept it?

Thank you for the help, Ian.
