MPEG4 Picture in Picture turns green on YouTube??

Hey all. So, I'm a sound guy, but have doing lots of video lately. I did a video tutorial a while ago with picture in picture that I created in FCP. Looks fine on my computer, but when I upload it to youtube, the picture in picture part starts to turn green by the end of the video! I'm thinking it's due to the fact that the video is in MPEG4 format? Any insight on how to fix this? Here's the link... thanks!

It was from a digital cameral, so it might have been. Although they come off the camera in .mov format. I'm thinking maybe next time I'll bounce it all down into the highest quality video to avoid extra compression. Am I right for thinking this is the problem? I remember seeing super compressed movies where the pixels that didn't "move" in the movies aren't changed until they do move, causing them to look flat and stagnant.
