tab key to move to next field

Under iPhone OS 2.x or 3.x, is there a way to cause the keyboard focus to switch to the next field? Like hitting the tab key under Mac OSX.

I'm trying to do my 'object add' screen and want, ideally, to do it as a table view with a section, title, and cell for each of the 9 data fields.

MacBook, 2Gb, Mac OS X (10.5.7), MacBook, 1Gb

Do you just want to move the selection to the next table view cell without touching the table view? What would move the selection? Will the keyboard be up all the time?

Hi,

i think cell will be nil if the cell for row at indexPath is not visible. Since just the visible rows of a UITableView are represented by a UITableViewCell this makes sense to me. 🙂

I got another idea - could someone share an example with UITableView with UITextField?

I have not yet found an working code which does not crash or bug in some situation.
