Can't open Apps in iPhone 3Gs

This morning when switched on my iPhone 3Gs 32gigs, all apps can't be opened except those pre-installed apps like mail, safari, etc...

Tried restart my iPhone for several times, problem remains.
After a while, the Apps can be opened once again, and I have no idea what's going on. Anyone?

MBP 3,1 iMac 9,1, iPhone 3Gs, Mac OS X (10.5.7)

upgrading from 3g to 3gs i lost all apps too; and new AV CAbles do not work with either 3g or 3gs iPhones on two different tv monitors...

Allan, I tried resetting the way you suggested so many times. It doesn't help. Very frustrated.

Easiest is to download the apps with iTunes and sync them to the phone.

Tis worked for me. I deleted just one app and installed it back and now all the other apps are working fine. Thanks jsoetandi.

Go to iTunes -> Store -> Authorize computer...
Then try to sync again. Make sure the "Sync Applications" option is checked.
It works for me.
