unable to install IPASS

We have downloaded the Ipass Dialler for Mac OS ver. 10.2. and above from http://www.tataindicomtotalinternet.in/downloads/index.html site.
The file name is VSNL IN_MACOSX.dmg.
However when we click on the above installable it says the file may be damaged or may cause damage to your system. However it allows us to continue with the installation successfully.
But when we launch the iPass application it gives the following error:
“The application iPassConnect Quit unexpectedly. Mac OS X and other applications are not affected.”
Pls. check the above issue and revert with the solution for the same.
