My Macbook pro blocks & need to restart it :(

What do you mean by "he has been blocking me"?

FFAD- Are you referring to your computer as "he." And if so, what is he blocking? Your keyboard, internet access, logging in to the desktop? When he blocks you, it it an aggressive move or is it more of just fun play? If you ask him nicely to stop, does he still not respond? When you restart him, does he continue to block you?

Does he block restart you before power button off responding block? Or is it just random?

If you can help me, I would appreciate that.

Sounds like it is overheating and not rendering correctly. What are the temperatures it is running at?

You might want to check and see what programs are running when this happens. And have you made any changes recently? Added memory, new programs etc. try booting into safe mode and see if that help. To perform a Safe Boot, hold the Shift key as your Mac starts up.

you could install something like iStat Menus to view what the temperature is.
