Need to be able to fill out PDF forms on iPhone

Hi, I am looking for some type of PDF viewer app that will allow me to view and fill out some pdf forms. Here at work I happen to have a surplus form that I have to fill out. I have to go to various places away from my office to get the information for this form and would love to view it and fill it out on my iPhone.

Currently the default pdf viewer just tells me,

"Please wait... If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document."

Does anyone know of an app that offers the same functionality of Adobe Reader 9? I ask that because I know that the form works great with it.

I do see a few pdf apps but none of them seem to mention pdf forms so I really do not want to pay for a bunch of apps without knowing if any of them can actually do what I need.

To edit PDF documents, you need Adobe Acrobat (not the free reader, the writer program which you need to purchase for PC or Mac). You cannot purchase Adobe Acrobat for the iPhone and to my knowledge no application exists for ANY phone.

Hopefully for you, someone else will prove me wrong!

Actually you can fill out forms with just the reader (the free one). Then in the case of the form I want to use I can select to save as then I have a pdf form that has the info I need in it. But of course you would need the full acrobat pro to create the form in the first place.

But yea, I have seen many pdf apps, but not one so far has even mentioned forms. I'm hoping someone can show me one that will work though.

I thought the reader just gave you the ability to read... you've taught me something I didn't know so thank you!

However, regarding the apps, there are several which give you the ability to store files but to edit, I'm unsure.

Yea, I might just have to start emailing the developers of some of the apps and see if they can do the forms or not.
