When you say "solo" do you mean highlight 1 track?

no, you click the little headphone icon in each track header, one at a time.

And I don't find "export" in the menus.

use the Share menu

Do you mean I would send each track individually to itunes as if it were a song?

correct (or "...to disk", which is likely more convenient)

Is there any way to export my individual tracks to the disc in Mono as a Wave files?

I want to be able to take my tracks to a studio to have them mixed and mastered.

I notice that I can export them as mp3 files and there is an option for mono, but when I choose the uncompressed option there is no option for mono. The tracks are exported in Stereo.

If you're exporting one instrument on one track it can't be stereo. It may be coming out of both speakers, but that's not stereo. It's the same signal on each channel.

And you definitely do not want to export as mp3 if it's going to be mixed and mastered. You'd be throwing out 90% of the file.

technically it could if 2 mics were used, or a stereo instrument (keyboard) were used

the exported file would still be a two channel file which would appear to be the issue.
