After Market Mods with unibody

Hey, I was wondering what I would do if I wanted to replace may current Hard drive with a larger one. Im running low on space. I'm also interested in upping my RAM. If I wanted to make these mods, would I just purchase the RAM and the new Hard Drive and take it into the Mac store? Would they swap everything out for me? With the new Unibody design, It makes it hard to do these types of things...

The unibody design makes it easier, actually. Previous MBPs required opening the top case (exposing the logic board, etc.) for an HDD replacement. Apple actually considers the HDD in the uMBPs to be user-replaceable, and they provide instructions starting on p. 37 of the manual.

Apple Stores will not perform an HDD swap for you. They might install RAM, but many will not. You can do it yourself, or if you'd prefer, go to an AASP (instead of an Apple Store) - they will swap HDD and add RAM, even if you buy your own.
