Invalid file name

When i open my Ical, I recieve an "Invalid file name" message box that I assume is an error... I tried to re-install the software, however the "file name error" has persisted through my determination... is there any way to get rid of this...?

Macbook Pro "17", Mac OS X (10.5.7)
