App store suddenly thinks I am in France, but i'm in the UK?

Hi

Strange one this, my iPhone 3GS has been fine since release day. On 02 in the UK

But since yesterday evening the App store on the phone thinks i am in France? The Settings - general - international settings are UK and English

Anyone any suggestions?

Check the "My Store" button at the bottom of the iTunes Store main page on your computer. Make sure it is selected to "United Kingdom" and sync your phone.

You need to go into iTunes and change your iTunes account from France to the UK. The option is under Advanced > View my Account. From there, just change the country back.

Afterwards, resync your iPhone and it will show the correct country.

Hi thanks for the responses but the plot thickens

I go to My account settings as suggested, my country/region is set to GBR (Great Britain)

But if i go to "change country" there is no option for the UK GBR England or any other?

Any ideas? (My french is poor)
