My AVG antivirus scan found a number of iTunes files that supposedly found the trojan horse small.BOG (whatever the heck that is) infection. Based on the postings, lots of people have found it. Can anyone tell me their thoughts?
This is how I FIXED IT: It's the AVG program. I uninstalled ITunes, UNINSTALLED AVG (after many years of using it without problems & was sorry to have to do it), REinstalled a DIFFERENT Anti-Viral program, REInstalled ITunes, and Voila! Everything was fine! It was the AVG. When they "fix" that problem, I'll go back to AVG
Take out AVG. Then reinstall I-Tunes. Download another anti virus program such as AVAst also free. My husband's I tunes was still there with all music after
it wouldn't open
