PassEnv and SetEnv not working

Hi,

I am runninng apache 2 on 10.5.4 Leopard Server.

I have activated env_module set some Variables in my site.conf file:
SetEnv TNS_ADMIN /opt/local/lib/oracle
SetEnv ORACLE_HOME /opt/local/lib/oracle
SetEnv DYLD LIBRARYPATH /opt/local/lib/oracle
PassEnv TNS_ADMIN
PassEnv ORACLE_HOME
PassEnv DYLD LIBRARYPATH

But at apache2/error:log I get this:
[Sun Jul 26 09:58:09 2009] [warn] PassEnv variable TNS_ADMIN was undefined
[Sun Jul 26 09:58:09 2009] [warn] PassEnv variable ORACLE_HOME was undefined
[Sun Jul 26 09:58:09 2009] [warn] PassEnv variable DYLD LIBRARYPATH was undefined

And as expected the oracle client does not work . . . .

Help is more than appreciated.
Alexander
