..Rebate question.
So I submitted a rebate for the iPod and printer thing, and after 1 month of waiting I get an email from Apple saying they need to speak to me. They said that my Macbook Pro UPC wasn't in the envelope (it was) , and said they needed it. I told them I tucked it in the forums with the other UPCS, and that they must have misplaced it because it was completely sealed, and there is no way it could have just "fell out" (they suggested it might have). They told me that they are sending my claim to a specialist and they are going to take a look at it. I do have my original receipt and it has my computers UPC number on it and everything. They said there might be a chance that I might not get my rebate. What do you guys think? I don't believe it's my fault and I would feel extremely disappointed if I paid for an iPod I don't need and a printer that probably isn't that good of a quality anyways ( I took the free 100$ one lol ). Hopefully I get some positive news from them, but any ideas of what you guys have of what Apple would do would be great!!!
THANKS A TON
hopefully I get good news.
