Track shoe usage in a running log ...

I am trying to figure out how I can track the miles I have run on various pairs of running shoes.

I have the mileage set up in a table called "Runs" and I have a separate "Shoe Data" table set up in another sheet. It looks like I use the IF function to create this but I can't figure out how to do it.

I have denoted each shoe with a number and have put that number in a column in the Runs table. Each entry on a day gets a mileage and time and a "shoe" number (I guess I could just name each shoe instead of giving it a number). How do I associate the shoe column and the miles run on a certain day so that I get a total number in my "Shoe Data" table that picks up every run used with that specific pair of shoes?

Hope this makes sense.
