Apple Support in Egypt

Does any one know what is 'the condition' of Apple support in Egypt ?
how much would they help me ?
specially with a 'noisy processor' macbook, I heard that Apple support would replace it in other places (America,europe,etc)

I really wish someone would help.

macbook, Mac OS X (10.5.7), 2.13 GHz intel core 2 duo

thanks alot, went today to (pie technologies) for an idle processor noise problem. I hope they aknowledge it.
I was asking though about some experiences from other users. do they do the job right? were you pleased ? nothing scary ?
my piece is brand new
