www. googleleadservices Leads To Nowhere

If I go to a URL which begins with www. googleleadservices, using ANY browser at all, I'm always taken to a blank page. I'm never able to go to the website who's URL begins with www. googleleadservices.
Anybody have an idea why?

Now you're talking about a third domain, googleservices.com. The whois info on this can be seen at http://whois.domaintools.com/googleservices.com. if I try to reach the domain I get an openDNS error page saying the servers aren't responding. Is this actually run by Google? There is a list of Google Service as such here:

Hi AnonyMouse

I agree with Roger and Bee, just enter your Google Search > [Here|http://www.google.com/custom?q=&sa=Search&client=pub-6263300333013957&for id=1&ie=ISO-8859-1&oe=ISO-8859-1&cof=GALT:%23008000;GL:1;DIV:%23336699;VLC:66339 9;AH:center;BGC:FFFFFF;LBGC:336699;ALC:0000FF;LC:0000FF;T:000000;GFNT:0000FF;GIM P:0000FF;FORID:1;&hl=en]

It's NOT about a camera battery. I just mentioned the URL to illustrate the nature of the issue.
I've searched for other items, using Google as the search engine, and with Googleleadservices in the beginning of the URL addresses that Google itself came up with and I've ALWAYS ended up with nothing except a blank page when going to those addresses.
Thought, perhaps, that there might be an OS anomaly causing the problem.
That, and only that, is the issue.

The long URL given above leads to a 1x1 pixel gif, which shows as a blank because it's transparent. I've seen this elsewhere and I don't know why it happens, but it's not any sort of an error in OSX, it's what's on the server.

and with Googleleadservices in the beginning of the URL addresses that Google itself came up with

In your posts you keep saying googleleadservices: googleleadservices.com is registered to someone in Bellevue who has taken steps to remain anonymous. However the URL you quote is at googleadservices; googleadservices is registered to Google and presumably this is what you mean. The URLs are to do with adverts placed on Google pages and I'm not sure whether they are intended for direct access. Do these URLs appear in clickable links?

OK, further research. The 1x1 pixel gif is because you have ad-blocking of some sort enabled. I had banner blocking enabled in NetBarrier. When I removed it and clicked your link I got a page saying:

' The previous page is sending you to http://www.duracelldirect.com/canon0_oem-battery_digital-camerab-9568.aspx?GCID=S17226x015&KEYWORD=NB-1LH≡=.

If you do not want to visit that page, you can return to the previous page.'
