Purchase email notifications?

Hi, there. I purchase a lot of music from ITunes and my parents are notified when I purchase something via email. They told me that they just delete the emails and they get a lot of them but they don't even care to read them & want me to turn off the notifications since I buy my own music now but I can't find any setting of that sort under my account settings. Please help
