Powermac G5 won't sleep properly AGAIN

I upgraded to 10.5.8 and my G5 won't sleep anymore. I had this problem before and after one upgrade, it started working fine. The problem is back. I tried deleting com.apple.PowerManagement.plist as was suggested in a thread but that didn't work. Anyone have any ideas?

Ok. I fixed the problem again.

This time I had a process/program(LittleSnitch) attempting to spawn every 10 seconds or less. I thought I had it disabled under Leopard, but perhaps it still loaded something into memory and sat around idle. Or Snow Leopard awakened it. Anyway I believe the version I had is incompatible with Snow Leopard and that was probably was this LittleSnitch process was stuck in an endless loop of trying to load or spawn.

I downloaded the newest SL-compatible version and then uninstalled it. Problem solved.

Of note is the computer and display and set to sleep at 1 minute for testing. Display sleeps at 1 minute, but computer takes a few extra minutes to sleep.
