Yellow lines flashes horizontaly on screen?

Hello. For a few seconds when a webpage (i.e. DeviantArt or Flickr) is loading a flash of yellow lines sometimes horizontally goes across my screen. It does not do this outside of Safari? My screen looks good, never dropped or anything and it's IMMACULATELY cared for. Any ideas guys? I got apple care but getting this to replicate itself is hard which is why I have not been to the apple store instead I'll use REAL geniuses, YOU! :P Thanks!

If it really only happens in Safari, it is probably not a hardware problem. What happens when you view the same page using a different Web browser (Firefox or Camino)? Do you see the same lines?

One possibility is that you have a misbehaving Safari plug-in or other enhancement. Look for files in:

/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/
~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/
(where ~ denotes your home directory in /Users/<your_name>/

Do you see anything suspiciously new?

Try moving all files of them out, re-launch Safari, and see how that goes.

Good luck.
