Dear all,

I want read the PCMCIA P2 card, but my MacBook Pro 13-inch doesn't have expresscard slot.

How can I read it? Should I buy any adapter?

Thanks in advance.

You need either a PCMCIA slot (plus the panasonic drivers) to directly read a P2 card. If you have an expresscard34 slot in your computer, Duel Systems makes an adapter to connect the P2 to the expresscard34. If you have no expansion slots, you need either another computer or one of Panasonic's pricy reader devices - which are more expensive than a computer.

Of course, if you have the P2 camera, connect it to the computer via firewire and you can use it as the card reader.

X, I have two adapter,
USB to ExpressCard adapter:
http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/222796501/expressto_pcmciaadapter.html
and ExpressCard to PCMCIA adapter:
http://www.evertek.com/viewpart.asp?auto=45552&cat=10

My pc laptop can read the P2 card through the ExpressCard to PCMCIA adapter, but my 13" MBP still can't read P2 card through USB to ExpressCard adapter and ExpressCard to PCMCIA adapter !
Can I through two adapter read the P2 card at mac ?
