Movie video tagging/Rating (G,PG, PG-13, R, NC-17)

How cn I rate a .mp4 movie file (Rating - G,PG,PG-13,R,NC-17)
Plz, anyone plz suggest me a software which cn help me to rate a .mp4 movie file. It will help me to hide specific .mp4 movie files according to rating in the Iphone 3G

Iphone 3G, iPhone OS 3.0.1, 16 GB

those options are not available in iTunes in windows. i was looking for them for another poster who had a similar question (blocking explicit content while their daughter was playing on their iPhone).

Tag the specific Movie files which u want to hide as "TV Show" from Itunes & then from iphone go to Settings/General/Restriction/TV Show/Don't Allow TV Shows. Hope this is simple & helpful rather than "Movie video tagging/Rating (G,PG, PG-13, R, NC-17)" & then hiding it which I tried earlier but did not worked.

If you are on a Mac, you can use a program called metaX.

Try looking at the options from within iTunes.
When you select this video, what will iTunes let you do to it?
[I also use a Mac, so cannot check this myself on Windows.]
