Manually set the your printer to use the 6130 driver - That worked for me...
Also, try updating your firmware. The Xerox site has an 8/29/2009 update (File name - Phaser
6120p2.PS) that adds support for Bonjour and Intel based Macs. Xerox describes the update as follows:

This document describes the changes in the updated firmware from the original firmware release version. The new firmware version included in this update is v2.1.3
No printer settings should be changed by installing this update.
It is recommended that the included file be downloaded to the printer using the CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS) file download page. To access the CWIS file download page:
1. From the workstation, open an Internet browser window.
2. Enter the TCP/IP Address of the printer or its DNS network name in the Address field, and then press the [Enter] button on the keyboard to open the page.
NOTE: Use the Configuration Page as reference for the printer's IP Address.
3. Click on the [Job] button in the list of functions on the right side of the window.
4. Click on the [File Download] link in the list of options on the left side of the window.
5. Click on the [Browse] button. The File Open window will be displayed.
6. Browse to the location in which the firmware upgrade file was extracted - Phaser
6120p2.ps file.
7. Click on the [Blue] button to transmit the firmware upgrade to the printer. This button is not labeled, but it looks like a Start button. The button is located below File Download.
