Energy Saver Options

When I click on the battery icon in the menu bar it seems to be missing some of the options that were there in Leopard. There used to be an option called custom, and two others whose name I forget right now. The point is you could choose from three different power settings without going into system preferences. Is there some way to turn these on again that I have not found?
