How to burn .mov to dvd as is to play in any dvd player?

Hi, yesterday I created with imovie a .mov file exported it to be HD 1280x720, h.264. I want to burn it to a dvd but been googleing around and cant find any solution. With toast it wants to recode to mpeg-2...

Can someone tell me how to just burn it so i can play it in any dvd with out having to recode it again?

Check the Help section of iDVD, or the tutorial, or the iDVD forum.

If now it says if i want to burn it that it takes another hour and a half to do the process.
Its killing me...


You'd have saved yourself some time if you'd figured out ahead of time that a Quicktime movie wasn't what you needed. Encoding video takes time. Have a cup of tea and relax... 😉

It is a good idea to convert QuickTime MOV video files to a DVD disc for playback on your home dvd players.But iDVD can not supports import HD video,I think you need another program to help you.
