Canon IR C3200 driver 1.81 no longer work with Snow Leopard

After upgraded to Snow Leopard, the Canon IR C3200 driver PS 1.81 no longer work. Does any one know how to post a support question for Canon support?
I browse Canon's web site but could not find any link or support email address to ask question!

I also can no longer print to my IR C3200, not even using the latest driver v.2.1. My unit is part of a WDS network and is connected to its Airport via an ethernet cable, no USB on the Canon unit. I have tried setting it up as an IP, using all the right IP addresses from the machine, my Airport, etc. The furthest I get is that the printer is connected but the server, 10.0.1.1, is busy. The Canon is IP address10.0.1.11, the Airport is 10.0.1.4. Trying all of the settings and using Line Daemon does not change things. If I turn on a computer running latest version of Leopard I can print off the Canon as a shared printer, the system recognizes it right away. This is very inconvenient and impractical. I also have found no way to contact Canon for support and have asked my local dealer to do so...over a week ago. Any suggestions from the Apple end? I am out of ideas. PS. I can scan from the Canon to my computer without any problems, even from Snow Leopard.

Just to update this thread, I too am unable to print to the Canon iR C3200 with a fiery print server since upgrading to Snow Leopard. I have tried about six different methods, but none are working. I'm nearly certain it's the driver because a connection is being made to the printer. After it connects, depending on the method being used, the print queue either pauses or just continues to say "Connected to Printer". It also seems to interfere with other traffic being sent to the printer and requires a power cycle on the printer before other jobs can be sent.

We also had this problem with a different Canon printer. Our sales rep did hear back from canon - not with good news. Canon said they do not have a driver that works with Snow Leopard - and do not expect one for a couple of months. We have a user who will not be able to print to our new Canon now. He can print just fine to our old, slow HP though. Way to go Canon.

FYI - just upgraded to 10.6.2 and still no luck. I can get it to print if I turn on my wife's computer but that is a pain for a number of reasons. I will eventually have to upgrade her to Snow Leopard and then the Canon irc 3200 with or without the imagePASS C1 will not work at all. No matter what driver I use I also get the message that the localhost or IP address (tried it both ways) is busy and will retry when **** freezes over.

I surrender. Apple has gone the way of Microsoft. Canon was no better " we may not support legacy products and if we do the drivers for the older models are not a priority."
I surrender, I reverted to 10.5.8 which was not as easy to do as I thought. I even had to reprogram the Airport network as it was corrupted by 10.6.
Now life is good. My irc3200 works with full functionality. My computer recognized the printer immediately, it likes Appletalk as does my printing unit. Why Apple got rid of it is beyond me. Unless, they want to be more Microsoft like and make things harder to use so that they no longer "just work." Maybe in one of their next TV commercials the Mac guy should wear a tie and glasses too and the PC guy could sympathize with how misunderstood he has been ,"join the club Mac."

Here is something someone might want to try. I would, but I downgraded to 10.5 and am not willing to re upgrade to 10.6 just to try this out. On another string was a link to the EFI site for a Fiery driver for the imagePASS C1 that is touted as being 10.6 compatible. I downloaded it but obviously did not install it:

http://services.efi.com/support/drivers/download2.asp?oem=efi&sys=Applemac_osx106&ver=NA

I found this discussion at the following link:

Anyone brave enough to try it, let me know how/if it works. Thanks.

Just got my new 27" iMac. Installed all of the newest drivers...still not working! Doesn't work with a direct ethernet connection, doesn't work with airport, doesn't work unless I go through a computer with 10.5. How did you get it to work? I would say that I have tried everything but if you got it to work and I didn't then I must be missing something. HELP!!
