Virtualization for XServe/OS X Server

I currently use VMWare Fusion to virtualize Windows running on my Mac. Is there a version of Fusion that works on OS X Server that lets me run a Windows Server OS Virtualized on an XServe? I've seen Parallels Server, but after the bad experiences I've had with Parallels on the desktop, I'd rather have something from VMWare.

Thanks!

You can run Fusion on OS X Server. It supports headless mode (no local UI) and a VNC server for each virtual machine for remote control. Using the guest OS remote desktop is often faster/easier, but the VNC support will let you see the whole VM including booting. You can even control the VM (power, suspend, etc) through vmrun (command line) and even Automator actions.
